3/5+4/15=>(3*3)/(5*3)+4/15=>9/15+4/15=>13/15

You have to get a common denominator so

3 x 3 = 9
5 x 3 = 15

So now we have 9/15 + 4/15 which is 13/15.

The answer is 13/15
