True. Advertisements have many ways of persuasion. For some examples of persuasion, ads give examples of how their products work, the price their product, and they start with a question. An example of a question would be "Do your have a lot of trouble with stains?". That'll usually be followed by another sentence like, "Then you should consider buying _________!"

This answer would be true. The sellers are trying to get you to buy something as of puting up advertisements to persuade that person to buy from you. Hope this helps:)!
