Hi
1.4 × 10³ × 2.5 × 10⁻⁶ = 1.4 × 2.5 × 10³ × 10⁻⁶ = 3.5 × 10⁻³
1.4 × 2.5 = 3.5
10³ × 10⁻⁶ = 10³⁻⁶ = 10⁻³
Answer: C) 3.5 × 10⁻³

Just multiply as shown below:-
1.4 * 2.5 = 3.5
10^-6 and 10^3 = 10^-6+3 = 10^-3
3.5 * 10^-3
Answer:
C. 3.5 × 10–3
