2-b/3= -5/2
move the 2 over
-b/3= -5/2 - 2
-b/3= -9/2 (-5/2= -2.5 and -2.5-2=-4.5 -4.5= -4 1/2 -4 1/2= -9/2)
move three (multiply)
-b= -9/2 x 3
-b= -27/2
- cancels
b= 27/2
