1) On this graph, let's locate the vertex points of the pre-image ABCD

A (-4,0)

B (-2,0)

C (-2,6)

D (-4,6)

And then the points for the image EFGH

E(2,0)

F(4,0)

G(4,-6)

H(2,-6)

2) Notice that we can write down a rule for the pre-image and the image:

Pre-image---> Image

(x,y) (-x,y)
