The Solution.

We shall tabulate the given information as below:

\begin{gathered} \text{Probability of selecting }a\text{ pink marble is given as below:} \\ \text{Prob(P) =}(6)/(16) \end{gathered}

The probability of selecting a blue marble is given as below:

\text{Prob(B)}=(3)/(16)

The probability of selecting a green marble is obtained as below:

\text{Prob(G) =}(4)/(16)

The probability of selecting a purple marble is obtained as below:

\text{Prob(Purple) =}(3)/(16)

The probability of randomly selecting 2 marbles, of which the first is green and the second is blue, is obtained as below

\begin{gathered} \text{Prob(G}_1B_2)=prob(G_1)* prob(B_2) \\ \text{ =}(4)/(16)*(3)/(15)=(1)/(4)*(1)/(5)=(1)/(20) \end{gathered}
