cilia for Plant cell
and
flagella for animal cell
in order for them to move smoothly.

That would be A. cilia are little hair-like things on cells that help the cell tell where it is (kinda like little nerves, almost.) and the flagella are long strings that are used to propel a cell forward (kinda like a motor boat).
