10x – 6y = -48

y = mx + b

m= slope

b= y-intercept

10x – 6y = -48

10x + 48 = 6y

6y = 10x +48

y= (10x + 48)/ 6

y= 10/6 x+ 48/6

y= 5/3 x+ 8
