The volume of a cone is given by;

$\begin{gathered} V=(1)/(3)\pi r^2h \\ where; \\ h=21 \\ r=8 \\ \\ Hence, \\ V=(1)/(3)*\pi*8^2*21 \\ V=448\pi\text{ cubic units} \end{gathered}$

Therefore, the volume of the cone is;

$V=448\pi\text{ }units^3$
