$x\\ 5x-4\cdot0=30\\ 5x=30\\ x=6\\\\ y\\ 5\cdot0-4y=30\\ -4y=30\\ y=-7.5$

X-intercept:
That's the place on the graph where y=0.
5x = 30
x = 6

Y-intercept:
That's the place on the graph where x=0.
-4y = 30
y = -7.5
