Find the formula for the quadratic function in the graph.


\begin{gathered} x+1=0 \\ x-4=0 \\ (x+1)(x-4) \\ x^2-4x+x-4 \\ x^2-3x-4 \end{gathered}

Hence the formula for the quadratic function graphed is


x^2-3x-4
