Solving this system of equations, we have:

\begin{gathered} \begin{cases}2x+3y=6 \\ y=-(2)/(3)x+4\end{cases} \\ \text{Using the value of y from the 2nd equation in the 1st one:} \\ 2x+3(-(2)/(3)x+4)=6 \\ 2x-2x+12=6 \\ 12=6 \end{gathered}

Since we got into a false statement, the system of equation has no solution.
