The smallest odd prime number is 3. Imagine there is a 1 underneath the 3 like a fraction. The reciprocal of that would be 1 over 3 since you would have to flip the numbers to find the reciprocal.

The smallest odd prime number is 3.
So the reciprocal of 3 would be
0.33333333333
.
