Given:

length=l ; breadth(b)=2l


\begin{gathered} \text{Perimeter of a rectangle=2(l+b)} \\ 60=2(l+2l) \\ 60=2(3l) \\ 60=6l \\ l=10\operatorname{cm} \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} \text{breadth(b)}=2l \\ \text{breadth(b)}=2(10) \\ \text{breadth(b)}=20\operatorname{cm} \end{gathered}

length(l) = 10cm

breadth(b) = 20cm


\begin{gathered} \text{Area of a rectangle=l}* b \\ \text{Area of a rectangle}=10*20 \\ \text{Area of a rectangle}=200cm^2 \end{gathered}
