At that rate they would get there in 1 hour because 21 feet in 7 minutes is 3 feet per minute so 180 feet in 60 minutes (1 hour) will also be at the same rate

Figure out how many times 21 will go into 180 the multiply your answer by 7 then bam you have your final answer.
