Determine the sum of frequency of five colours.


\begin{gathered} T=15+4+6+14+6 \\ =45 \end{gathered}

Determine the probability for the next colour to be yellow.


\begin{gathered} P(Y)=(14)/(45) \\ =0.311 \\ \approx0.31 \end{gathered}

So answer is 14/45 or 0.31.
