y=5x+19\\ -4x-2y=18

Lets solve it by substitution


-4x-2(5x+19)=18\\-4x -10x- 38 = 18\\-14x -38=18\\-14x = 56\\\\x = -4

Now we plug x = -4 and solve for y


y=5x+19\\y = 5(-4) + 19\\y=-20 + 19\\\\y = -1

So the solution is (-4,-1)
