To start, this has a value in the hundreds position: 200. This would be translated into "n * 10^2" in standard notation. We also see that we're working with more than 2 * 100 in this case, so the value that gives an "n" between 1 and 10 to set as a multiplier is 2.5. This gives "2.5 * 10^2" as a proper form.
