The formula for the area(A) of the sector is,

A=(\theta)/(360)*\pi r^2

Given:

\begin{gathered} \theta=139^0 \\ r=4m \end{gathered}

Therefore,

A=(139^0)/(360^0)*\pi*4^2

Simplify

\begin{gathered} A=\:19.40806\approx19.41\text{ \lparen2 decimal places\rparen} \\ \therefore A=19.41m^2 \end{gathered}

Hence,

A=19.41m^2\text{ \lparen OPTION D\rparen}
