Answer:

g(0) = 1, g(1) = 2, g(2) = 3, g(3) = 4, g(4) = 5

Explanation:

g(x) is a function meant to modify the variable x.

Basically you take the x value in the table that you want to modify and you plug it into the g(x) function.

If you want 0, you do g(0) = (0) + 1 = 1.

Or if you want 3, you do g(3) = (3) + 1 = 4
