Plug the values into the area formula for a rectangle.

A=lw

(25)/(54)=\frac59w

Divide by 5/9. (Dividing by a fraction is the same as multiplying by its reciprocal, or flipped version of the fraction, 9/5)

(225)/(270)=w

Simplify.

(225)/(270)=(45)/(54)=\boxed{\frac56\ mi}
