f(x)=2x^(2)+8 \\ \\ g(x)=5x-6 \\ \\ (f+g)(x)=2x^(2)+8+5x-6=2x^(2)+5x+2 \\ \\ (f*g)(x)=(2x^(2)+8)(5x-6)=10x^(3)-12x^(2)+40x-48
