The standard form of equation of a line is expressed as y = mx+c where;

m is the slope of the line

c is the intercept

Given the equation of the line y = -3x - 4

you can see that the equation given is already in its standard form with -3 as the slope and -4 a the intercept.

Hence the standard form of the equation is still y = -3x - 4
