Given the point P ( 1 , 1 ) , with the slope undefined, write out the general equation of a line in point slope form


y-y_1=m(x-x_1)^{}

Write out the values of the parameters provided in the question and substitute in the above formular


\begin{gathered} y_1=1,x_1=1,m=(1)/(0) \\ y-1=(1)/(0)(x-1) \\ 0(y-1)=1(x-1) \\ 0=x-1 \\ x=1 \end{gathered}
