This is complex. So it is C.
It is complex because "I will look for fireflies in your yard" is an independent clause and "When the Sun sets this evening" is dependent upon the second clause.
The definition of a complex sentence is: a sentence containing 2 or more clauses with one independent clause and 1 or more dependent clauses.
