mean is the addition of all the times divided by the total number of times

Adding all the rugby times on the first page

11+1.9+24.4+\ldots+18.5+5=486.4

Adding all the rugby times on the second page

14.6+8.6+\cdots+12.9+50.1=703.6

Adding all the rugby times on the third page

3.6+46.8+\cdots+9.8+28.4=504

The total times on the first page is 30

The total times on the second page is 31

The total times on the third page is 22

The mean is

\begin{gathered} \operatorname{mean}=(486.4+703.6+504)/(30+31+22) \\ \operatorname{mean}=(1694)/(83) \\ \operatorname{mean}=1694 \end{gathered}

Hence, the mean is 1694sec
