the way to find the area of a triangle is A=
(B*H)/(2)
if the base is 3 feet longer then the height we can write it like this B=H+3

now we can add it to our area equation
20=
(H(H+3))/(2)
20=
( h^(2) +3h)/(2)
40=
H^(2)+3H
10
(1)/(3)=
H^(2)
h=3.2ft
