Moon's Gravity is much less (about 83.3% less) so it would be : your weight × 83.3 ÷ 100

Answer:

Weight would decrease as one would travel from Earth towards moon. This is because weight is the product of mass (m) and acceleration due to gravity (g).

W = m g

The mass remains constant.. On the other hand as the distance from the Earth increases, the acceleration due to gravity decreases and becomes
(1)/(6)^(th) on the surface of moon.

g'=g(1-(2h)/(R_e))

Hence, the weight decreases.
