when you are rounding always remember this rule

0-4 stay on the floor ( stick with the whole number)
5-9 climb the vine (increase one number)

BUT for fractions you have to make the denominator 100 before you can round

1/8 is equal to 0.5/4
multiply 0.5 times 25 and 4 times 25 so 100 is your denominator
which gives you 12.5/100
since 12.5 isn't 5 to 9 you stay on the floor
when i say 5 to 9 and the denominator is 100 its new value becomes 50-90
So, your answer is 5!
Hope I helped!
