4x-6y = 12
Add 6y to both sides
4x = 12 + 6y
Subtract 12 on both sides
4x - 12 = 6y
Divide 6 on both sides
y = 2/3 x - 2
Next equation
-2x + 3y = -6
Add 2x to both sides
3y = 2x - 6
Divide 3 on both sides
y = 2/3x - 2
