What changes in england were steps toward representative government

The Magna Carta was one. It was the first Law passed that granted rep. in England. Also they had so many revolutions its not even funny.

England underwent two largescale conflicts that brought them to true representive government through Parliament (the English Civil War and the Glorious Revolution). Although it was only after the Glorious Revolution that Parliament's hold was solidified.
