It is D. 197.82 in because 21x3.14 that is 65.94 and then x that by 3

Find the circumference and multiply it by 3.
C = pi * d
C = 3.14 * 21
C = 65.94
So it travels 65.94 inches in 1 revolution.
65.94 * 3 = 197.82
So it travels 197.82 inches in 3 revolutions.
