$\rm ^(2))(3)/(10)+ (5)/(100)^((5)= (6)/(20)+ (1)/(20) =\boxed{\rm (7)/(20) }$

3/10 (multiply by 10) is 30/100. So 30/100+5/100 is 35/100

So simplify 35/100 by 5 and you should get 7/20
