who could use this weapon? the answer is Everyone can use nonviolence as long that they do not take weapons.
he believed it could achieve peace without going to war, or blood shed.

Mohandas Karamchand was an Indian activist who led the Indian independence movement against British colonial rule. He implemented nonviolent civil disobedience in order to lead India to independence and inspired movements for civil rights and freedom across the world.

He was known as Mahātmā.
