360 x 10 to the 3rd power over 1.8 x 10 to the negative 5th power evaluated in scientific notation. Please explain

Get it into normal #s
360•10^3 = 360000
1.8•10^-5 = .000018

Divide Get back to scientific notation
360000/.000018 = 20000000000 = 2•10^10
