-- The comma should come after the word "low".

-- The behavior of the tides as implied by the sentence is completely
incorrect. This may be the reason that the sentence shows up in the
<English> category rather than in <Physics>.

In general, the comma shows that the words immediately before the comma are less closely or exclusively linked gramatically to those immediately after the comma than they might be otherwise . (Wikipedia)
