The general form is y=mx+b
In this case you would just divide by 9 to get the y by itself.
so you get 1/3x=y (I simplified the fraction)
the "b" part is simply 0 meaning you start at the point (0,0)
Hope that helped!!

slope intercept form is y=mx+b because m=slope and b=y intercept

so
9y=3x
divide boht sides by 9
y=1/3x+0
or just y=1/3x
