$-6x - 4y = 12|/ 2\\ 12y = -18x - 36|/ 6\\\\ -3x-2y=6\\ 2y=-3x-6\\\\ -3x-2y=6\\ -3x-2y=6$

Both equations are equivalent, so there are infinitely many solutions.
