a) (17º-17'-17") : 4
b) (18º: 8 + 23º: 4 - 8º) . 29

a). (17º-17'-17") = 17º + 17'/60 + 17"/3600 = 17.288055...º

17.288055...º / 4 = 4.322...º = 4º - 19' - 19.25" <== a resposta

b) (18º: 8 + 23º: 4 - 8º)

18º / 8 = 2.25º
23º / 4 = 5.75º

(2.25º + 5.75º - 8º) = 0 <== a resposta
