The answer is A –x^2 + 3x + 15

3x² + 6 – 2x + 5x – 4x² + 9

Rearrange it:
3x² + 6 – 2x + 5x – 4x² + 9
= 3x² - 4x² - 2x + 5x + 6 + 9
= -x² + 3x + 15
