1. The chemical equation can not be a physical change because there are changes in the composition of the compounds and substances that are involved, so this is false.

2. Let's see that in the reactants we have 1 carbon, 4 hydrogen, and 2 chlorines and in the products, we have 1 carbon, 1 hydrogen, and 4 chlorines, meaning that the equation is unbalanced, so this is false.

3. As we said before, this chemical equation represents a chemical reaction, so the chemical change indeed is occurring, so this is true.

4. In the reactants, we just have 1 carbon atom (CH4), so if we say that there are 2 carbon atoms is false.
