Given:

Δt = change in temperature = 25°c

L = Lenght = 1.3 km= 1300 m

Suppose the bride is made out of steel.

coefficient of Linear expansion of steel = 11 x 10^-6 /°C

Apply:

ΔL = L x coeficcient x Δt = 1300 ( 11x10^-6) 25 = 0.3575 m
