The answer is D. Brightly coloured flower that attract pollinators is not a structural adaptation.

The answer which is not an example of a structural adaptation in plants is
B. roots that grow in the direction of a water source.
This is the case with any plant, so it's not really a form of adaptation, whereas other options are.
