//Okay, for this I'll say hot tea = x, orange juice = y and chocolate milk = z.
2x + y + 3z = 13.25
2x = y
5 - 1.25 = 3.75
x + y = 3.75

Therefore,
x + (2x) = 3.75
x = 1.25
y = 2.50
z = 2.75

A chocolate milk costs $2.75
