5=-0+5
4=-1+5
3=-2+5
2=-3+5
1=-4+5
Could be switched around to be y=5-x but it does ask for slope-intercept form. Switched around though it would look like this.
5=5-0
4=5-1
3=5-2
2=5-3
1=5-4
Make sense?
Found by noticing the above pattern where if you subtracted the x value from 5, it made the y value.
