A = L * W
A = 320
W = 4/5L

320 = L(4/5L)
320 = 4/5L^2
320 * 5/4 = L^2
400 = L^2
sqrt 400 = L
20 = L <====length is 20 ft

W = 4/5(20)
W = 80/5
W = 16 <=== width is 16 ft
