Answer:

Area of Rectangle = Length × Breadth

Distance formula between two points ,

(x_(1),y_(1)) {\text{and}}, (x_(2),y_(2)), is=\sqrt{(x_(2)-x_(1))^2+(y_(2)-y_(1))^2}}

Length

= Distance between Points ,(7,3) and (12,3)

=√((12-7)^2+(3-3)^2)\\\\=5

Breadth

=Distance between Points ,(12,3) and (12,11)

=√((12-12)^2+(3-11)^2)\\\\=8

→→Area = 5 × 8

= 40 square units
