D. 28/3 cm³

1) Given those dimensions, let's plug them into the following formula for the Volume of a Rectangular Prism, and simplify those fractions

8 and 4 by 4: 2, 1

10 and 5 by 5: 2,1

\begin{gathered} V=w\cdot l\cdot h \\ V=(8)/(5)\cdot(10)/(3)\cdot(7)/(4) \\ V=(2)/(1)\cdot(2)/(3)\cdot(7)/(1) \\ V=(28)/(3)\approx9.33cm^3 \end{gathered}

2) Hence the volume of that Prism is 28/3 cm³
