X intercept is where y=0
8x-1/3*0=16
8x=16
X=2
Point (2,0)

x-intercept is the value of x when y = 0.
8x - 1/3y = 16
8x - 1/3(0) = 16
8x = 16
x = 16/8 = 2.
x-intercept = (2, 0)
