Someone has already answered this correctly, but you do 38.99 ÷ 7, so:
3 ÷ 7 = 0
38 ÷ 7 = 5 (remainder 3)
39 ÷ 7 = 5 (remainder 4)
49 ÷ 7 = 7
So the answer is B. $5.57
